Responsible Gaming Information Centre (RGIC)

Visit our RGIC located in the CASINO to pick up information on responsible gambling, problem gambling, gambling products offered at RED SHORES and available community resources. Informative brochures are available whenever the CASINO is open. A Responsible Gambling representative is available at the hours listed below to offer information, encourage healthy play and provide assistance to players and the public.

The slot tutorial software, safe@play, can be accessed at the RGIC. This educational tool allows patrons to play a typical slot machine and discover the fundamentals of how slot machines work. The slot tutorial enables patrons to explore the inside of the machine, dispel slot machine myths, as well as evaluate whether they may have problem gambling risk factors or a gambling problem.
