Outlawpostivcharg Wins Saturday Feature at Red Shores CDP
Outlawpositivcharg, with Terry Gallant in the bike, won the Saturday feature at Red Shores Racetrack & Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park in 1:57.4. Fred Lamont of Calgary, Alberta is the owner.
Gallant sent the “East Coast Warrior” dubbed by track announcer Vance Cameron, to the front to steal rated fractions of 28.2, 59.4 and 1:29 to notch his 44th lifetime win over Blue Star Outlaw and Carnivore for third. The 2-5-4 triactor paid $166.20.
The trot class went to Saulsbrook Balance for trainer Cindy MacDonald of Montague and her co-owner Tanya MacKinnon of Souris. The trotter charted his first win of the 2012 season turning back Julaire and Warrawee Jade.
Driver Mark Bradley recorded a driving double on the program. Bradley, who will raise money for the Drive for Charity promotion this season, won with FF Stena in race 6 for owner Johan Moase of Cornwall and returned with Kingdom Come in race 10 for owners Jack Hynes and Evan Ford of Charlottetown.
