Miller Has Busy Day on Saturday; Blue Star Outlaw Draws the Rail in Feature
Charlottetown, PE – Katie Miller will be hard at work on Saturday. The 19 year-old female driver will compete in six races during the 14 dash program Saturday at Red Shores Racetrack & Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park. Post time is 1pm. The card will be carried at www.redshores.ca and from the Red Shores Summerside location.
The Inverness N.S. native will team up with trainer Neal Moase with Courtege off the rail in race 3 then handles Woodmere Real Drop, a 3-1 shot, in race 6 while Race Me Volcano notches her 12th start in the new year. Miller, who turns 20 on March 3, could record her first win of 2012 when she puts PL Betterway behind the gate in race 12. The line-up also includes the return of Southfield Sam from Flamboro Downs along with Warrawee Jade with Brian Andrew, Scarlett Patti and Marc Campbell, Dunvar Road with Norman Myers and Napanee Seelster with Danny MacDonald in the bike.
