Charlottetown, PE – The PEI Standardbred Horse Owners Association is gearing up to host qualifying rounds for the $100,000 World Handicapping Championship at Red Shores Charlottetown and Summerside properties.  Contestants will begin the qualifying rounds on Thursday February 7 and continue every Thursday until March 28^th.  The winner receives entry to the $100,000 World Handicapping Championship at the Meadowlands Racetrack in New Jersey and a qualifying seat in the PEI Poker Challenge at Red Shores Charlottetown in June 2013.
