Charlottetown, PE - Bob (Hollywood) Heyden, well known Meadowlands Racetrack's statistician and handicapper, will be the guest speaker at the Prince Edward Island Standardbred Horse Owner�s Awards Banquet, Saturday, April 6, 2013 at the Dutch Inn Cornwall. " We are delighted that Mr. Heyden is able to be with us for our event, "said Dr. Colleen Dickie, PEISHOA President. " Bob is one of the most knowledgeable commentators in harness racing, and we look forward to hearing his views on our industry. "Mr. Hayden will be inducted into the Communicators Hall of Fame for Harness Racing this summer, and has also been awarded the prestigious Dan Patch Award from Harness Tracks as well as the US Harness Writers Association Presidents Award. The event starts with a reception at 630 pm, with meal at 700pm. Tickets are available from PEISHOA Board members, Red Shores Racetrack and Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park, and the Charlottetown Veterinary Clinic.
